Ewart House is the next in house development project by Hall and Roberts.
The property was purchased in late 2021 and will be subject to a rigorous design phase as the team seek to create another beautifully and contemporary home in the heart of one of Brisbane’s most sought after pockets.
Ewart House is over 120 years old and is an original workers cottage. It used to feature a full wrap around verandah but with subdivision some of the old features are no longer with us.
The house is perched on a tiny 198sqm corner block on a quiet street. Hall and Roberts hope to transform the old cottage into a reinvigorated family home equipped for the 21st century.
The house is located in Paddington and enjoys easy access to many of the local amenities. Bars and Cafe’s are all within a minutes stroll and glimpses of the city are currently available from the front porch of the existing house.
